Shipping policy

Orders are generally packed and sent within 24 hours of your payment being received. Orders received at the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Within New Zealand - There is a flat rate of $10.00 per parcel (add another $5 for rural delivery). Shipping is FREE if you spend over $100 at one time.

We use NZ Post-Tracked parcels.

Delivery times are usually 2-3 days (rural delivery 3-4 days).

To Australia - Postage is $25 NZD  and is un-tracked.  Post takes about 1-2 weeks to addresses outside the main cities, but packages seem to get to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane a bit quicker (about 4-6 working days).  You may have to pay local taxes or duties when the package arrives.    

Rest of the World - We’re happy to ship anywhere in the world. Postage is weight based and is un-tracked. We’ll let you know the actual cost prior to processing your order.  Delivery can take about 2 weeks, your parcel may get to main cities a bit faster.  You may have to pay local taxes or duties when the package arrives

International Courier (NZ Post) - We can send your parcel by courier, but this is more expensive.  We’ll let you know the exact cost prior to processing your order.  The courier can only deliver to physical addresses, not PO Boxes. All Courier parcels need to be signed for. Delivery to your work is often best.
